Is there a contract or commitment?+

No. Aeris is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing settings, no calls, no hoops. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

What happens if I cancel?+

You keep access through the end of your billing period. After that, your account goes read-only for 30 days so you can export anything you need. We never delete your data without notice.

Does it work without internet?+

Yes. Aeris is a PWA that works fully offline. Your techs can view jobs, take photos, capture signatures, and add notes without signal. Everything syncs automatically when they reconnect.

How many users can I add?+

Unlimited. There are no per-user fees. Add as many technicians, office staff, and managers as you need, they all get role-based access at no extra cost.

Can I import my existing customer data?+

Yes. You can import customers, equipment, and job history via CSV. We also offer free migration help for the first 30 days, just reach out on Discord or email.

How does QuickBooks sync work?+

Connect your QuickBooks account in Settings. When you send an invoice in Aeris, it automatically creates a matching invoice in QuickBooks with the correct customer, line items, and amounts.

Is my data secure?+

Aeris runs on Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, encrypted connections, and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Your data is isolated per company, no other business can ever see it.

Will the price go up?+

Not for you. Founder pricing is locked at $49/mo for life. When we raise prices for new customers, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription is active.
